Principle 1. Don't criticize, condemn or complain. Carnegie said "Any fool can criticize, condemn or complain - and most fools do. But it takes character and self-control to be understanding and forgiving." Rather than finding faults, focus on understanding and encouraging the others. Criticism can alienate people but showing genuine understanding fosters connection.
